These Terms and Conditions govern use of Avenches Dental System. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptable use
You may use the platform only for legitimate clinic operations. You must not misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, or enter false or unlawful information.
2. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Share access only as directed by your clinic administrator. Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Clinical responsibility
The software supports documentation and workflows; it does not replace professional clinical judgment. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, and patient records they create or approve.
4. Data ownership
Clinic patient and operational data entered into the system remains owned by the clinic organization, subject to applicable law. The platform processes that data to provide the service.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated to improve security, compliance, or usability. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the product when practical.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenches Dental System and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions based on user-entered clinical data.
